Taste before buying: Is a method commonly used in Italy, in the market place or at the butcher’s shop. when the person in charge makes it possible for clients to taste ham before purchasing it. The shopkeeper might even offer their customer a piece of Parmesan cheese which is on display.

We wanted to revive this tradition that we believe is the best way of spreading the quality and excellence of our products.

If you choose to visit our Bottega or our coffee shop, you may find sliced panettone (typical Italian baked cake) or the amaretti from Sassello to taste that will go very well with your coffee.

Perhaps you might be interested in tasting a bit of bread with our famous Pesto in order to appreciate the difference between the original product and ones available in supermarkets.

All the sauces included in our promotions may be tasted thus giving you the possibility to test them before purchasing. This forms part of our customer service which we pride ourselves on.

We want you to savour our Italian cuisine by replicating our dishes at home. We will instruct you on the required ingredients and give you cooking tips, all for reasonable prices.

Whilst enjoying your meal, we  serve a selection of our Italian wines that fit perfectly with the the dishes that you choose to order.

Finally, in our “Refilling corner” you have the opportunity to taste our cooking oils: the extra virgin olive oils or the flavoured ones, which are considered to be the tastiest and most appreciated of our olive oils.

Moreover, you have the possibility of filling up bottles with your favourite cooking oil. This way you can save on the packaging without settling for less in terms of quality.

The flavoured Vinegar from Modena is also available in its fruity variants, such as the one with figs, the most popular among our British customers.
