Olio & Farina is an innovative new layout that brings together a restaurant, a café and a shop in one location. We specialise in selling high quality, traditional Italian food, whether cooked on premises, or purchased from our Bottega to be consumed at home.
We call our shop, a 'Bottega' which in the region of Liguria is a local place where Italians go to buy freshly made produce.

Originating from Genoa, the capital of Liguria in Northern Italy, O&F was founded at the end of the 1990's. The company was formed with a great aim to spread the culinary traditions of the region around Europe.
Everything we do at O&F comes from our love and pride for our regional food. Even our name Olio & Farina derives from the ingredients needed to make one of the most famous local delicacies, 'focaccia'. In Italian, 'farina' translates as 'flour', and 'olio' ofcourse means the world famous Italian olive oil.
With the help of our professionals (such as Paolo Parisi), we have handpicked locations in the United Kingdom, Ireland and France, for the exportation and diffusion of our products into Europe. We are extremely proud of the products that we bring to you, and that our consumers love our products as much as we do.
O&F also gives great attention when selecting our producers. We ensure they share our same high standards, as our highest priority is the quality of products we provide for our customers. Every product that has a place in our 'Bottega' is aligned with our roots in the Mediterranean diet.
