The O&F Bottega

We decided to leave the name 'Bottega' rather than shop or convenience store, in accordance with our traditions.

In our Bottega, culinary secrets are hidden that have been passed from generation to generation. The shopkeeper or 'Bottegaio' is very passionate about their products, and they only sell what they produce themselves.

Unfortunately, although some Bottega's retained their traditions, modern day supermarkets took their affect. However, the supermarkets were unable to replicate a fundamental aspect of Italian cuisine, the relationship between the Bottegaio and the customer

A Bottegaio possess great knowledge about their products, as they eloquently describe the quality of the ingredients to his customer. Over time, he builds a special, personal relationship with his customer which see's his customer return time after time.

Along side the Bottega, our cafe is not only the place where you can find the best coffee in town, but also the place where you can savour one of our fresh pasta dishes, while comfortably sitting and relaxing at one of our tables. With the advice of one of our Bottegaio's, you may choose to accompany your dish with the perfect Italian wine.

We ensure that our O&F staff have a wide knowledge or every product that we bring to you, and we aspire to give you the Bottegaio service.
