A new and exciting partneship venture is about to start between the "Genovese" Olio & Farina and "Le Macchie" farm owned by Paolo Parisi.

Two new found friends sharing a passion for traditional Italian food and keen to bring to the world "The Italian Culture of Taste"

"The Macchie D'Olio" is therefore born, where, following Paolo traditional methods, specific breeds of Livorno poultry, Cinta Senese pigs and bovine will be allowed to roam.

Olio & Farina products, supervised by Parisi himself, will enrich the gastronomic suggestions offered to food lovers and professional alike on the European scene.

Regular food testings in all our O&F shops will allow our customers to try the fantastic range of products on offer.

Precious sauces, like the world famous "Pesto alla Genovese" generously poured over freshly cooked pasta with their quality and taste are waiting to tempt your palate....
